Street Fighter has long been the grand daddy of Fighting Games and over the years there have been many, many figures. Usually for the females though you get Chun-Li and Cammy merch and not much else. So it's perhaps not surprising that the first POP! figures of Street Fighter feature the two aforementioned female fighters.
Coming in their classic Street Fighter II/Super Street Fighter II looks Cammy White and Chun Li both look great in POP! form. Funko have given good sculpts of both characters, even if Chun Li would have been better with a kick than her punching hands.
The back of both say their Series 1 and hopefully we will get some more females in a second series - Mini Moggs would quite like a Karin figure (who I think she only likes because of her sarcastic fight intros in Street Fighter V) and I'd love a Sakura. With Storm Collectibles, SH Figuarts and Super7 all bringing out various sized Street Fighter figures this year and with the Season 2 update to Street Fighter V there's lots of Capcom Fighting fun ahead.
Don't forget to comment below, and cheers again to Mini Moggs for helping me with the review, mainly because she is fed up with the state of my spare room which is currently filled with all my Christmas stuff. Fingers crossed I'll start breaking them out of their packaging this week!
